Preschool Summer Camp

Looking for summer experiences for your Preschooler? Preschool summer camps at The Works are ideal for preschool girls and boys ages 5 and 6. Explore, design, and build with hands-on projects for curious kids.

Whether your child is new to camp or a seasoned summer camper, he or she will have a great time exploring with our experienced educators.  We’ll keep your little creators busy with our science and engineering summer camps for preschoolers.

Ages 5-10 (5 year-olds must be in Kindergarten); $160/ $144 for members
Work with real tools such as saws, hammers, and drills as well as a variety of cool tools that squish, cut, and connect things.

Ages 5-10 (5 year-olds must be in Kindergarten); $160/ $144 for members
Have fun engineering with water. Design and create bubble wands, a water cleaning factory, and boats.

M-Th, July 23-26, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Push, pull, lift, bounce. Different forces make things go! Make a car and other projects that move.

M-Th, June 25-28, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. – Camp is full. Get on the waitlist.

Machines give us super powers. Move mighty objects with a crane, use levers to leap tall buildings, move at super speeds with wheels and axles, and even make a force field!

M-Th, July 9-12, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Tips for 2018:

  • Pre K camps are for preschool children entering Kindergarten or High-Five programs in Fall 2016. Parents are welcome.
  • Want a 5-day experience for your camper? Add on a Friday Fun Day to the regular camp week.
  • Want to try a 1-day experience? Register just for Friday Fun Days or look at our July 4th week camps.
  • The session you wanted is full? Get on the wait list to be notified if we’re able to add extra sessions.
  • Drop-off begins at 8:30 for Pre K camps, and pick-up is from 12-12:30.
  • By registering for camp you attest that you have read and agree to the camp and cancellation policies of The Works Museum.
