Birthday Parties For Kids
Are you looking for a unique (and fun, of course!) birthday party idea for your child? Host your celebration at The Works Museum! Parents love our easy-to-supervise open format experience gallery, where your guests can build and race K’Nex cars down a ramp, explore giant kaleidoscopes, evade sensors in our sensor maze, and more.
You don’t even need to worry about birthday party favors, because the guests can make their own! Choose from two projects at each age level, including slimy glow dough, fling flyers, mini-catapults, and mini-kaleidoscopes.
We make it easy for you. All paper products and table wrap are provided, and your party staff will take care of set up and clean up for your party. Plus, our free parking lot and easy access into the museum makes it simple for you and your guests’ parents. If those parents want to stay, they’re free!
All you provide is the cake and the guests. We’ll take care of the fun! But don’t take our word for it. Scroll down to learn more about our 90-Minute and Two Hour party packages, the private party room, and to see feedback from party parents.
The two hour party package includes time to explore the Museum floor, thirty minutes of reserved table time for treats and presents, and a hands-on engineering activity led by an educator (create your own unique party favors!). Choose from brand new mini workshops, or our classic party options.
Cost: $225 for up to 10 children. Additional children are $9 each. Adults are free. Ask about upgrading to our private party room.
As a thank you for booking one of our new activities, we’re offering a $25 discount on a limited number of mini-workshop parties – simply ask for the discount when you request a party.

Hear what other parents have said about their kids birthday parties at The Works Museum:
The party was great! The kids all had a blast, and all of the adults really enjoyed going to a different place, off the usual kid birthday party circuit, where there was so much for them to do. All of them said they would be back.
The party was even better than we imagined, couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The staff was so wonderful, and the balloon cars were a hit! Thanks for your support in giving our twins a fantastic birthday party!
Charlie had the best time at his party! It was really awesome!! I really think having the kids go to the museum, then an activity (which they loved), food and then back to the museum was perfect. It was super organized and ran so smoothly! We highly recommend the museum itself and hosting a birthday as well.
