This past weekend the 3M Visiting Wizards came to The Works Museum for an afternoon of family fun. The 3M Visiting Wizards are 3M employee and retiree volunteers who provide demonstrations and hands-on activities to get kids interested in science. Kids were able to experiment with simple machines and magnets and make their own Super Slurper Polymer. Families could also watch a 30-minute science and engineering show put on by the 3M Visiting Wizards. Everyone had a great time, as families got to work with real scientists and engineers!
