Maker Meet-Up Family Event

Join The Works Museum for our first ever Maker Meet-Up! Making things is incredibly powerful and anyone can do it. Stop by to meet Twin Cities makers showcasing their work and try your hand at making with real tools and materials.

Check back for next year’s Maker Meet-Up date!

What to expect:

  • Meet Twin Cities area makers and learn about their projects and work – ask questions about how they got started and how to make your ideas come to life!
  • Create a hands-on potato derby car with MPLS MAKE, then test drive it on a giant ramp
  • See projects made by students in our brand new creative space, The Workshop
  • Make your own piece for our community art project, soon to be installed in the Museum
  • Meet other kids who make and see their creations

Included with your admission. Members are free.
